What are the differences between the various rites of the Catholic Church? I am a Roman Catholic. (convert)

 The main difference are ritural and theological approaches. All the Rites/Churches of the Catholic Church believe the same doctrines and are indeed members of the one holy catholic and apostolic Church established by Christ.
