Question
Hi my name is Ignacio, sorry my english but i speak spanish, I´m reading Santa Teresa de Avila life and I have only one question, what is the diference (if there is one) between Contemplation and Meditation, when we talk about pray..well i hope you can answer me soon.. have a nice day thank you..

Answer
Meditation is thinking about spiritual matters.  For example, one can take a passage of Scripture and meditate upon its meaning, its relevance to our life, etc.  Contemplation is a type of adoration of God, practiced especially in religious orders.  The introduction to your book should give you some sense of this.
