Question - what of all we did was just kiss on the lips and talk? and what is an ocassion of sin? is an an ocassion of sin a sin?
well, my and my girlfriend, went into a jacuzzi together for romantic evening, then during the romantic evening, we started kissing, she then took off only the top of her bikini, she was topless, and all I did was kiss hers breasts, and then we just talked, and kissed a little bit, we just had a romantic evening, was that a sin? that's all we did,
Answer -
These intimacies are for the sanctity of marriage, not to be entered into for light reasons.  Surely, in addition to everything else, there is a proximate occasion of sin here.

If this is being considered by you for marriage, you should be spending the time getting to know each other's backgrounds, values, faith, outlook, particular as to the things that pertain to marriage.

Answer
Sounds like you need spiritual guidance on this, which should properly be sought from your traditional confessor.  It is really not appropriate to go into personal spiritual problems in this forum for general questions.  If you do not have one, check at www.traditio.com/tradlib/masslat.txt for one near you.
