what is evangelical prophecy, do we belive it it?

are there catholics that try to interpret revelation?

The Catholic's focus is to know, love, and serve God in this world, so as to merit the Beatific Vision in the next.  We are assisted in this through the graces of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Sacraments and by practicing the Christian virtues, theological and moral.  Our Lord warns us against going on "wild goose chases" on such peripheral matters.  For further definition, one could consult the works of the Fathers of the Church.
