Question hi my kitten is 4 and half monthes i have notice she is losing hair above her eyebrows is this normall or is she stressed or something

No, this isn't normal. It also isn't stress. I would take her to the vet to be checked out. It could be ringworm, ( a fungus) or an flea allergy or something totally different. The vet will be able to help you. Good luck and let me know what happens.
