Question
I rescued a stray cat and she is having kittens.  She is due around the end of March - I think.  She has been having diarrhea.  She is eating the same food as always.  I tried putting her on some dry kitten food and I thought that might be the problem and I took her off it.  What do I do about this??

Hi Barbera,

She is having the diarrhea because of the switch. You need to make a gradual changeover. Try adding 1/4 of the kitten food to 3/4 regular food. Feed this for a few days. Slowly increase the amount of kitten food until she is switched over. This will prevent the diarrhea. Good luck.

And yet I choose not to attack you. If I don't act right then have me checked to see what is wrong. Please take care of me when I grow old. You too will grow old. On the difficult journey, on the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you can't bear to watch. Don't make me face this alone. Everything is easier for me if you are there.
