Cats/Cat grooming

I have an 8-year old long haired cat and took him to Petco for a grooming last night. They shaved him and now I am concerned he will be cold. He is an indoor cat but will he be cold, having been used to so much fur?

I really wouldn't worry too much especially as he is an indoor cat. If your cat feels a bit colder he will seek out a warmer place to sit, i.e like my short haired cat who on particularly cold days takes herself off to sit on the window ledge above the radiator or crawls under the duvet on the bed.

Cats are very good at looking after themselves regarding keeping warm etc.

Best wishes Kate
