Question
My female feline is maybe a little less than 1 year or right at 1 year. She just went in to heat 2 days ago. That same morning, I rubbed her belly like I do every morning, and noticed some small elongated lumps or masses under her skin that never been there before. I found it rather coincidental that it showed up on the very same day she went into heat. I had noticed about 1 week ago that her breath smelled kinda funky and I gave her 1/2 of a deworming tablet and the bad breathe left by the next day. My question is, could this be caused by the deworming tablet or could it be related to her going into heat? If I feel the lumps they seem to move around, they are not stationary.She isn't pregnant because she hasn't been outside. Other than the dreaded cancer, could this be something else?

I would say that it is not caused by the deworming tab. But exactly what it is I can't say. It seems a little strange. I would have her checked by the vet to make sure all is well. I wish I could help you further but

On the difficult journey, on the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you can't bear to watch. Don't make me face this alone. Everything is easier for me if you are there.
