Cats/blue point siamese pregnant and acting like shes in heat

Question
I have a 5 year old blue point siamese. She got pregnant a couple of years ago and only had one kitten. The kitten only lived for two weeks and then died.  She is pregnant again and acting differant.  She has been fine for a month and a half then 4 days ago she started pacing the house and following me everywhere, she was meowing incessantly and would roll over on her back so I would rub her belly.Since last night she has been acting like shes in heat or something, shes rubbing on everyone in the house and cleans herself more often. Should I be concerned? I really don't remember if she acted like this the first time she got pregnant. She's still playing and doesn't always appear to be in pain, she doesnt start the pain cry until night, all day long she's running around climbing the curtains and scratching the wall- acting totally normal for her. I looked at a website and the 1st symptoms she was showing sounded like labor but now it's differant. I don't remember the website but am getting really concerned, I am hoping you can put my mind at ease and tell me other cats act this way as well

Answer
Jennifer,

Does she still look as if she is carrying kittens? Is she doing any of the other things cats do when in season, like paddling or flagging her tail?

If so, some queens get overly affectionate as their time draws near.  How far along do you think she is?

The problem is that every queen does birthing differently. If you still think she is pregnant, and you can tell me how far along she is, it would give me a better idea of what to suggest.

Best regards... Norm.
