Question
Will my feral cat continue to go into heat until she dies? She looks exhausted! I've tried trapping her but she's trap savvy and a curious kitten got trapped instead (which I had neutered).

Your right about the health of your female cat. If a cat keeps having lost of litters they are at risk of not only damaging their own health but will also produce sick and weak kittens.
keep persisting with the cage and hopefully you will be successful in catchingher in the end.
