Question
Hi
I just had two three year ols very small cats spayed. the smaller is fine but the other recovered for a day and then spent the next day asleep and hardly ate and could hardly walk or go upstairs as he back legs very wobbly. today she has hidden under a cupboard and still not eaten. I will ask the vet but thought another opinion would be useful as it may just be post op misery?
thank you for you help

Answer
Hi
it could be still the affects of the anaesthetic, some cats can take longer to recover from this. My own cat was very wobbly for a couple of days and she too was rather small. the vet is the best person to advise though.

I hope all is well

best wishes Kate
