Question
my cat hasnt been eating for two days, and doesnt want to come out from behind the bed. he has been spot urinating and throwing up hairballs what could be wrong?

You need to get your cat to the vet ASAP. After not eating for 2 days he is in danger of liver failure (fatty liver disease)

Urinating uncontrollably and vomiting are serious signs of several different diseases and you need to have the vet check your cat's blood results right away. This is an emergency please take him to the vet right away, emergency if that's all that is open.
