Question
hi my bat baby had 5 healthy kittens on thursday the 7th.. um they were born seperate .. now they are kinda in a ball and stuck together . i need to know what to do .. im scared for them even though they are moving and squeaking and eating okay.. is there anything i can do to seperate them or do i leave it to nature? mom <baby> its her 2nd and last litter but i need to know what i can do to help the kittens.. please .. i am plannin on givng the vet a call but need advice incase theres somethin i can do asap// thanks

Hi Kimmy,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I'm not sure what you mean by stuck together. If they are huddling together in a ball then I would say that they are doing that to generate group warmth. What is the mom cat doing with them? I can't help you further without more info. Hopefully you got them to the vet and all is well. Let me know what he said. Good luck.

And yet I choose not to attack you. If I don't act right then have me checked to see what is wrong. Please take care of me when I grow old. You too will grow old. On the difficult journey, on the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you can't bear to watch. Don't make me face this alone. Everything is easier for me if you are there.
