Cats/my 5week old kitten seems to be fading away

Question
it started off with her puking ones day, about 3 days in a row she puked once a day. she seemed fine eating, playing ex.. but then yesterday she wasn't. she hasn't pooped since yesterday and she wont eat ( so i have been force feeding her)all she wants to do is sleep. Also when i wake her she tries to get up but falls face first, it seems like she cant keep her own head up. one more thing she keeps putting her head all the way back and sleep like that too it seems it help her and she cries when i feed her or pick her up.

please help

This is something your vet should take of. There is something called fading kitten syndrome.

Your kitten may have it. Make sure she is warm. And get her to the vet. Good luck.

And yet I choose not to attack you. If I don't act right then have me checked to see what is wrong. Please take care of me when I grow old. You too will grow old. On the difficult journey, on the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you can't bear to watch. Don't make me face this alone. Everything is easier for me if you are there.
