hey my cat gave birth day before yesterday to 3 still born undeveloped kittens and is still bleeding today?why?is it a serious matter?

yes I would definitely recommned that you take her to see a vet as soon as you can. She may have complications which could also be affecting her health as well as the reason why the kittens were still born.
Hope she is ok but get her to see a vet as soon as you can to be on the safe side.
