Question
My cat is about 3 to 4 years old he has been over weight for a while but recently seems to be getting thinner, he looks thinner in his face and when I was petting him I noticed a clump of his fur come out I didnt see any sores or anything, he has been acting a little sad lately as well, the only recent changed are feral kitten we took in about a year ago and he now shares food bowls and litter pans with them, he has gotten sick from them before but they were all sick not just him, the feral kittens are not fixed they are all male and so is he but he is fixed. The only other thing I can think of that may help is that one of the feral kittens has been vomiting lately Im not sure if he is sick and may have passed it on or if he is just getting into things he shouldnt be getting into. I would appreciated your help and if you need anymore information please let me know I will try my best to find it!

Answer
Hi Breanna,

Has he been wormed? What about fleas? I would also definitely get him to your vet for a check up. Your ferals could have passed something on to him. It is better to be safe than sorry. And I would get your other guys fixed. Unfixed males may be beating up in him when you can't see it. They could also be keeping him from the food. Good luck.
