Answer
Hi Denise,

I don't know what could have happened, but I assure you she is in pain. Cat hide it very well. This kitty can't survive on milk, and she will slowly starve to death without being able to eat. She definitely needs to see a vet, if for nothing more than to be put to sleep. If you can't afford that, she should be turned in to your local animal shelter so she can be euthanized there. I wish I had a better solution for you, but this is the kindest thing you can do for her if you can't afford treatment.

Sincerely,
Jessica
