Question
My cat has been a diabetic for about 2 yrs. Every since then he's been peeing outside of his litter box. Its never really in the same spot. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank You.

You haven't mentioned how you manage your cat's diabetes. Is he on daily insulin? The tight regulation protocol is the best approach to help your cat with diabetes:

Finally, as a diabetic, your cat will be healthiest eating a high protein canned food or raw meat diet, which will also acidify the urine and help prevent and cure any existing urinary tract problems.
