Question
Our cat has started pooping on our dining room floor instead of in her litter box. She is an inside cat and keeps running out of the door every time we open it, which she would rarely do before. I am 15 weeks pregnant and this all started about a month to a month and a half ago. Could she sense that I am pregnant and be acting out?

I'd have the vet check her out since her behavior has suddenly changed.
If everything is OK healthwise after the vet visit...you might want to try
Cat Attract litter. I used it on my male cat and it did
seem to help him return to using his litterpan.
