I have this cat from outside and it just had kittens a week ago and she seems all tired and when you touch her she mewo's like if she is sore or something. I don't know what is wrong. Could you please help! Thank you

You probably should take her to a vet.  She shouldn't be reacting like that.  She may still have a kitten in the birth canal. Is there a discharge? Is she eating? Feeding the kittens?  I need more information to guess what it could be.  thanks.
