Question
Hi Tomay,

I have 2 cats that used the litter maid box. When it broke down I went with the "dishpan" type. This, I found out, leaves a litter dust that gets onto everything. I have since oredered a new Litter maid with the tent. My question is, is there a litter that is less "dusty" then the others. I'm doing everything I can to keep the litter dust at a minimum.

Thanks for sharing your expertise and experience.

Answer
Hello Don,
Yes, there are low dust litters out there.  The clay litters are usually the worst dust offenders.  However, most of the scoopable litters (especially multi cat formulas) will have  a lower incident of dust and tracking.  There are also natural litters(quite good, too) made from corn cob.  One of these is called ' World's Best Litter'.  You can find the scoopables at most stores, and the alternate litters at finer pet shops.
Hope this is helpful.
Thank you
Tomay
