Question
My 2 year old cat, (neutered male-Ichabod) was diagnosed with faucitis or stomatitis in his mouth.  he has had 2 steroid injections, and 2 rounds of antibiotics.  he is in pain and is not eating.  The vet says he needs more injections.  I love this cat to pieces but it has cost me over $200. in 3 weeks to treat him.  The vet seems to offer little or no hope he will recover from this condition.  What can I do?

Answer
Hi Mary,
Sorry to hear of Ichabod's woes.  However, I am not a vet, just a groomer.  I can offer no medical advice as it is out of my field.  Please check on this site for more qualified experts in the vet field.
Thank you and best of luck,

Tomay
