Question
we had to give our cats kittens away when they reached 6 weeks old. the mother is still producing milk in her tits. will it stop and will it go away? they are really full. thank you in advance.
HI Joseph,
It will go away unless she is pregnant again. I hope you got her spayed right away so no more kittens are born, there are not enough homes for all the kittens born every year!
If it doesn't go away in a week or if she seems swollen or tender take her to the vet because she could have an infection.
