Unfortunately I have no way of knowing anything about Mr. Auspitz.  You might contact the main contact number for this website.  We as volunteers are spread out nationwide, as well as internationally.  So I am sorry I can be no help to you.

Well, I looked around the site to find a 'contact us' area, and it would appear there is none!  There is a FAQ section, but I am not sure if that will be of any help.  I would have thought that there would be contact information somewhere,and I'm surprised there's not.  Sorry that I cannot offer anymore information than that.   Perhaps one of the experts that has been on this site for a very long time may know.  Some of the 'top experts of the month' have answered thousands of inquiries, and have been around for a long while.
