Question
do you know what could of coused it

Answer
Again, until you know what kind of worms your poor cat, I can't even guess. 'Basic' worms like tapeworms, roundworms and whipworms can be gotten by feces, even dried pieces that are airborne. Heartworms are transmitted by mosquito bites. Even indoor only cats are suseptible to any of the above since people and dogs trapse in and out all day, allowing those critters in.

Please let me know what the vet finds out about this. If s/he is still vomiting worms, even the typical non-prescription dewormers will not help.
