Question
its kelsey again, can she die from this kidney problem? I am so sad about the news. Does it hurt her?

Answer
HI Kelsey,

Yes she can die if that is indeed the problem - please take her to the emergency vet right away, the sooner she is treated the better her chances are.

Bladder infections are painful and are one of the leading causes of cats urinating outside the litterbox. Left untreated the infection spreads up the ureter and into the kidney, where it is very dangerous.

Here is more information about how to control and prevent urinary tract problems... but first please call the vet!
