can you tell me if my cat is a certian cat if it is born without a tail?

Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry.  There is a breed of tailess (or near tailess) cat called 'Manx'.  They have two coat types, long and short haired and come in a variety of colours. Information and pictures can be had at the CFA (Cat Fancier's Association) website.  Just search under 'Manx'.
The term 'manx' is also used generally,to describe any cat born tailess.
