Question
My 10 week kitten and 6yr cat seem to play rough with each other.  Is this just normal cat playing?

Answer
Hi Tammy

Yes it's pretty normal and if neither is getting hurt beyond an occassioal scratch they are having fun and getting exercise. If they are both participating and seem "into it" all is well. It can be prety funny to watch the "kitty kung fu" when they face off. You might want to keep their front claws trimmed (just snip off the very tip of the sharp part with nail clippers) so they don't accidentally scratch one another in the eye while wrestling. Otherwise, no need to worry!
