Question
since her spaying, zoe continuously pees everywhere. The urine has been examined to reveal an infection, antibiotics have not changed behavior.
Can this be a result of the operation?

Hi Tina,
Her infection may not be cleared up. This will effect her. Make sure she is well. You will need to clean where she has peed with an enzymatic urine cleaner to get rid of the smells. This will prevent her from being tempted to use those same areas again. Try changing her diet also. Feed her a low or no grain canned cat food. Add extra water to it. This is what I do for mine. It helps to keep urinary track infections away.
Get her back to the vet and rechecked. Cats are usually clean animals unless something is hurting them. Good luck.
