Answer
Hi Anjali,
It should be quite easy. Cavalier's are easy going dogs and always want to be loved and acceptance.
When you bring your new puppy home, hold the puppy and introduce to your other dog, make sure your Jack Russell mix is not going to take the pup as a threat. Keep an eye on how the older dog is reacting to the puppy. I think all will go fine and your older dog will love his new playmate. Just remember to lavish attention on the older one as well as the new puppy.
If you have a more specific question don't hesitate to ask.

Regards,
Liz
