Cavalier King Charles Spaniels/puppy illness question

Hello. I have an 11 day old puppy. The eyes are not open yet but there is pus coming from both eyes. There are 8 puppies and she is the only one with the pus. What is this and what can I do for it? Thank you for your time ~ Barbara
Hi Barbara,
I thought that I had answered this question, but I see it as unanswered here.
Try wiping the eye several times a day with purified water on a cotton ball. The water can be boiled tap water that is cooled. If that doesn't help then he will need an antibiotic.
