Question
my bitch has two weeks left and getting restless but keeps making groaning noices is this normal never had a bitch dog before she is a king charles spaniel
Hello Deborah,
Yes, it is normal for her to make groaning noises. She may just be feeling very full, possibly a lot of puppies. Cavaliers tend to be dramatic.
Of course, make sure that she isn't showing signs of something going wrong, like a strange looking or smelling discharge. She also may go early so I would be prepared. I have had bitches go as early as 56 days.
