Soy colombiana y tengo visa americana de turista. Necesito una visa adicional para visitar la Isla Cayman o es valida la de Estados Unidos?

Sorry - I don't speak Spanish, but I think that you are asking me if you need a visa.
The answer is that yes - you will need a visa as you are Columbian - see http://www.immigration.gov.ky/portal/page?_pageid=1608,2524716&_dad=portal&_sche...
You would have to apply for you visa at one of the UK missions in Colombia - see http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/about-the-fco/embassies-and-posts/find-an-embassy-overs... for addresses, etc.
