I am trying to determine the most recent selling prices of timeshare weeks on the East End.  Are these records made available somewhere in the East End or in Georgetown?

Hi Andrew - my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.  Been a busy week and we're getting pounded with ice and snow here in Cincinnati.  The east end, Morritt's Tortuga Club, Royal Reef, Morritt's Grand prices range from $3500 for a 1 BR oceanfront up to $18,000 for a 2 BR villa/penthouse.  For more info, I'd contact Morritt's directly for information and if that doesn't pan out, contact Remax in Georgetown at 345-9499742.  Hope this helps!
