Question
hiya, i am from england and would like to get a seasonal work permit to work in hospitality for 8 months. I'm just really unsure on how i should get a job before i go! i really cannot afford to come over for a holiday to find one, i would really appreciate some help! thank you!

I would suggest that you contact some of the major hotels/restaurants directly to see what openings they have.  They would need to apply for a work permit for you - a temporary one is valid for up to six months, so they may only consider employing you over the peak tourism seasons.

Check out the links to various businesses and online directories on my website at http://www.gotocayman.com

Note that sometime it can be cheaper to fly over to the US and then fly down from there rather than take the direct BA flight from London - use some of the flight search engines like kayak.com to find the best fare.
