I think that you may not understand the process on working/relocating to the Cayman Islands - check out some of the entries in my FAQ at http://www.gotocayman.com

Most of the schools for Caymanians are public - run by the government and generally only available to Caymanians.  Recruitment is carried out by the government - they will be advertised on the governemtn website at http://www.gov.ky  The private schools will recruit individually, but they need to show that there isn't a Caymanian that can fill the post before they can advertise for an expat.  Schooling generally follows either the UK or US sylabus and curriculum.  Again check out the resources in my FAQ for looking for a job.

Note that as part of the work permit application you will have to list any dependents that you hope to bring with you - if the Permit Board doesn't think your salary will cover the cost of supporting your dependents then they can decide to refuse a permit.  Note that dependents do not have any rights to work in the islands - they would need to apply for a work permit in their own right.

Hope this helps!

Robert
