Hi I worked as a Nanny in Brittania after 1 1/2 mos. my work permit cancelled by my employer. They found out that I was looking for the other job. I checked my status in Immigration and found out that I was not in blocklist and the enforcement said that I can still apply for the another permit. Now I have a new employer and my permit is in process, I am afraid the immigration would not approve the permit beco'z of my previous case..Is there a chance for me to have a work permit again? Please help me..

I'm sorry - I answered this last week, but for some reason it didn't send it to you.

As long as it was looking for alternative employment and nothing more you should get another work permit.  However, an employee usually has to be off island whilst an application is considered.

Make sure that all the stams in your passport are up to date.

Good luck!
