Dear Sir,

I am an electrical engineer with 18 years plus experience.
I am from the hotel industry, is it possible to get a job in caymen for the above post and what would be the salary i would get?

Hi Ravindra - thanks for your question.  I would think it quite possible to get a job in the Caymans.  There are numerous hotels there, including a Ritz Carlton.  As for finding the openings, I would search online for job postings in the Cayman islands.  They would list positions, along with general salaries.  There is no tax in the Caymans so that will help offset any lower salaries you might find.
