You don't say what your skill set is, so I can't give specific help.  However, the general principle is:
1) Look at the adverts for jobs.  Get a subscription to the local newspapers.  Note that Cayman Net News is published on-line daily at http://www.caymannetnews.com
2) Apply for the job.  If successful, your employer will have to apply for a work permit for you.  You will need to supply loads of details at this stage including full medical records, police records, etc.  They will also need to know if you are bringing in over any dependents - you would have to prove that you could support them without any additional support.
3) Wait for work permit to be granted.  You need to be off the Cayman Islands whilst this is taking place. This process can take up to three months.  Note that if unsuccessful there is no right of appeal.
