I am in negotiations with a fine dining restaurant in Georgetown as an Executive Chef.
I would like to know if you have any ideas what the common salary for an Executive chef is, i have been trying to find something on the internet but i had no luck..

Just a Ballpark estimate would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in replying, but I have had to check with one of my contacts on Cayman who used to work for the Hyatt.  She reports that their executive chef was on a salary of about CI$80,000 plus benefits, but he was in charge of all the restaurants.  Therefore, we believe, that a salary of CI$50k would probably be in the right ball-park, but it really depends on how many outlets, number of patrons, etc.
