Question
I am a Jamaican living in the USA. I have a non immigrant visa. My family will be visiting Grand Cayman on a cruise. Do I need a visa to enter the country? Thanks!

Answer
Yes, I believe that you would need a visa.
See the Cayman Islands Immigration Department Webster at http://www.immigration.goy.ky
The legislation does not differentiate on arrivals by air or from a cruise ship, so I guess that you would need a visa to disembark from the cruise liner.  If you stayed on board then I guess that there would be no problem.
