Question
I am a resident of the united states, i would like to travel to the grand cayman, my question is do i need a passport to travel to the island?

Answer
Dear Nicole,

Thank you for your question.

Yes you do need a valid passport to visit the Cayman Islands. Your passport should be valid for six months after date of return. You will also need proof of a return flight.

This requirement came into force in January 2007.
