hi we are a famly of 6 ages are 50 47 24 22 21 4 as a famly we are thinking of buying a business in the usa and would like to know what kind visa we would need to apply for as one of child is finising of her law digree and another is going to do a airconditioning corse in college aswell as running a business along with his farther.

Dear Mr. Bains - thanks for your question.  To have gainful employment in the US as a non-citizen most folks I work with get an H1B visa. However, they are limited in number. My best advice is to contact the US Consulate in London and inquire about the most current laws.  Best to you,
