Hi Taura:
I will be down in grand cayman on January 26-30th. I'd like to see a few apartments near Georgetown (can be Seven Mile Beach area or closer to town)for about $1000 CI per month. I was there on vacation in November, fell in love with it and now I'm trying to line up my winters to live there. My cell is  and any way you can help me would be appreciated. Sorry for the delayed response- You number did not come through in your e-mail so I'd be unable call you. (As you've listed your message as public-others would be able to see it)

The market is definitely great for tenants at the moment, but I'm not sure there'd be anything for $1k for SMB.

As I'm no longer a rental agent, the best route to go would be to touch base with an agency (One agent can access most every listed rental-even those with other agencies)

Check out www.thpm.ky as they have tons of listings as this will give you a great idea of what the market has on offer and what to expect in terms of pricing.
