Yes I have read your FAQ but what i need to know is if it is easy for a Jamaican to get employment in the Caymans and is there a demand for air conditioning technicians and web designers.

Thanks for taking the time to read my FAQ; at least you now understand the rules/regs on employment.

Nationality shouldn't play a role in this; it is really down to skills.  I would guess that there may be a chance with the Air Conditioning. The main firm is Mike's Air Conditioning. You should be able to find them in  the online phonebook at http://www.candw.ky/phonebook or maybe on the eCayman.com wed site.
