Hello Mr Clarke.
I am currently enrolled and undergoing a home inspecting program, with a Canadian college. My question is, What are the standards to which home inspecting is done to in the Caymans, The Canadian system is based on the American standards and I was wondering if the Caymans have followed suit?

I'm not aware that their is any standard in Cayman on this, but I am checking with my contacts. If I hear back from them I'll let you know.

I've checked and there is no standard for this in Cayman. the only thing near this is the inspections carried out by Government during the construction of properties or for rental properties that need an annual license.
