Cayman Islands/Hyatt Regency Drink Recipe

Question
Sir,

My wife and I traveled to the Caymans for our honeymoon in May 2002.  We Stayed at the Hyatt Regency.  Our one year anniversary is fast approaching, and I want to do something special.  One of our fondest memories of the trip is sunning by the Hyatt's pool and enjoying the Mudslides served at the swim-up bar.  Now, I've had Mudslides at a variety of places, but these were by far the best.  And since they will remind her of our honeymoon, I am interested in getting the recipe.  I have been unable to locate an email address for the Hyatt.  If you could help me by either sending me an email address or the recipe itself, I would grateful.  One year anniversaries only happen once, and I'd like to make it as special as I can.  Thanks.

There seem to be a number of variations on the recipe:

Banana Mudslide
1 and 1/4 oz. - Vodka
1 oz. - Kahlua
2 oz. - Irish Cream
1- Fresh Banana
Combine all ingredients and a scoop of crushed ice in a blender until smooth. Serve in a hurricane glass and float the straw with more Kahula. It may slow you down!

+ 1 oz. Vodka
+ 1 oz. Kahlua
+ 1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
Mix with cracked ice in a shaker.

+ 2 oz. Tequila
+ 2 oz. Kahlua
+ 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass.

+ 2 oz. Tia Maria Chocolate Liqueur
+ 2 oz. Kahlua
+ 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass

If I find any more, I'll let you know!

Guess you may have trying the above combinations and perfecting a recipe to your taste!

Hope this helps!
