Can You send me a Map of the Islands, with it's relative distances to Miami, Cuba etc

The Cayman Islands are about 450 miles south of Miami, and 189 miles north-west of Jamaica. Cuba is about 150 miles away.
There are some distances from George Town (the capital) at

and at
http://www.wcrl.ars.usda.gov/cec/java/capitals.htm you can calculate distances betwwen capital (and other) cities - Cayman is listed.
