Cayman Islands/Is there a WalMart,KMart, or any other discout store on the islands?

Question
My cousin is moving to the Cayman Islands for about a year and ahalf. She is expecting her first child and is limited to the luggage she can bring with her.  She is having a baby shower soon and we would like to know if there are any stores in the caymen islands that are also in the US that we can purchase gift certificates or gift cards for her to purchase baby supplies when she gets there.
for example:  Walmart, KMart, Kroger Groceries, Target.

None of those chains have a concession/outlet on the island.  As everything into the island has an import duty, prices are hiked by at least 20% before teh goods get onto the shop shelf.  It would make more sense to buy the goods in the US and pay the extra on the luggage allowance.
