Question
hi my name is John and im 16yrs old.. i live in orlando flordia.. but my father has just been offered a job down on Grand Cayman.. Here in florida and like most states u have to be atleast 16yrs of age to get your licsense i was wondering how old you have to be to get your licsense in the caymans.. also i use to live on St.John (USVI) carribean... there you would drive on the left side of the road instead of the right.. but where is the steeringwheel located on the passanger side or drivers side? thank you very much

Answer
John
I think the minimum age at which you can drive is either 17 or 18. See the information on getting a license at http://www.caymannewresident.com/page_id_9.html?PHPSESSID=5407ec77ce5d57a9e888a9...

In Cayman you drive on the left side of the road. Unfortunately, with so many cars coming in from the US, the steering wheel could be on either side, but for safer driving it would be best to have a right-hand drive car.

Hope this helps
